Join us September 11-12 at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites in Chicago, IL for industry meetings and networking!
Stay for the fun! Thursday evening will include a Walking Food Tour sponsored by the HMMA Division. Taste your way through Chicago's most famous recipes on this relaxing and fun tour. Additional details are included below..
HMMA Division attendees will once again receive complimentary registrations for up to six attendees per member company (includes spouses) and reimbursement for up to four hotel nights per member company. See details below under Hotel and Registration
The Hotel
The Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites is offering its One Bedroom Suites for Single/Double occupancy at $219/night* plus taxes and fees.
*All guest rooms are subject to applicable taxes, currently at 17.4%, in effect at the time of check-out. A deposit of one night's room and tax or credit card information authorizing the deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Note to HMMA Members: HMMA Division member companies will be reimbursed following the meeting for up to four hotel nights at $219 per night (taxes, fees and incidentals not included). Reimbursement is for accommodations at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites Only.
The cut-off date for reservations is Monday, August 19, 2024 at 5:00 pm CT. Reservations made after this date and time may no longer be available at the group rate.
Valet parking is available for $79/night.
Self-parking is available for $55/night at the John Hancock Building Garage located across the street from the hotel at 875 N. Michigan Ave. Click here for more information and to reserve a parking spot in advance.
The Schedule
The 2024 Fall Meeting schedule includes the regular division meetings of AMP, EMMA, HMMA and MBG. Attendees review and act on a number of important Association and industry issues at these meetings.
In addition to regularly scheduled Fall Business Meeting events, attendees will also have ample opportunity for informal networking at the planned group events throughout the meeting.

Lab Meeting Hours
On Thursday, September 12th from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm, UL and Intertek will have representatives available to meet with individual companies to address any questions attendees may have for their labs.

Chicago Favorites Walking Food Tour
Feast on Chicago culinary legends such as deep-dish pizza, Italian beef, a Chicago-style hot dog, a delectable dessert and VIP craft beers!
While sampling some of the best Chicago food staples, you will visit some of the top Chicago attractions as well! Local guides will escort our group to Millennium Park, Michigan Avenue (aka "the Magnificent Mile"), the Chicago Riverwalk, Cloud Gate (aka "the Bean"), the Chicago Theater, State Street, and more. This food and walking tour of Chicago is an adventure and the perfect way to see and taste the city in a single evening!
Tour Details:
Meet at Designated Start Locations : 5:15 pm
Tour Begins: 5:30 pm
Tour Ends: 8:30 pm

♦ Bottle of water. A few of the restaurants on the tour will serve water, but not all of them. It's highly recommended you bring a bottle of water.
