Please note, if you would like to make a reservation for three days prior to the 2020 Spring Meeting or three days after, you must call the hotel directly to make your reservation.
The cut-off date for reservations is Thursday, March 25, 2020. Reservations made after this date will be made on a space and rate available basis.

The Schedule
The 2020 Spring Meeting schedule includes the regular division meetings of AMP, EMMA, HMMA and MBG. Attendees review and act on a number of important Association and industry issues at these meetings.
In addition to regularly scheduled Spring Meeting events, attendees will also have ample opportunity for informal networking at the planned group events throughout the weekend.
